I would like to take this opportunity to let you know that my mother Rosario Gonzalez 94 years old, is staying at this facility now for over a month. One of your staff member Carlos Angels (CNA - Skilled) is very kind, professional and patience with my mother. She always mentions on how Carlos helps her and how nice he is with her, specially at time to eat, he is always there to serve the food to her. I don't know to express my gratitude to Carlos Angels for being a wonderful person to my mother Rosario Gonzalez. Thank you again!

We are very grateful for the care that my aunt received at Harbor Chase's skilled nursing facility. After spending a couple weeks at another facility, we were desperate to find a more caring, comfortable and competent place for my aunt to recuperate from ankle surgery. We found that with Harbor Chase. Thank you to Christie and all the nursing, PT, OT and other care staff who helped my aunt in her recovery! We are so glad that we found you!

Many years ago, 2011, my mother rented the highest priced room available. She was wheelchair bound but otherwise coherent. I went to see her on average 3 times per day and called during medicine times to insure she was getting them on schedule. She didn't on several occasions and so they doubled up the next time!! My mother had 2 near fatal falls between July and October as a result before I removed her and brought her to live with me. Spare me the response on this one but whenever possible I make sure nobody puts their loved one in here!! You know the old saying one person tells five, they each tell five more and so on. Put this place out of business!!

I hope the stars go from1 to 10 being good. Terrible experience . Some of the staff try hard but need to be trained properly. The place needs to be upgraded and lessons on cleanliness.Bathroom dirty faucets broken, sink clogged. Bed rails are not safe.. I left as soon as my family could find another facility. Lesson #1 check out places first before registering.

Do NOT send your loved one here. It's an institution of hell. Father over medicated. Stopped in announced at he was not responding. Called 911. Director slandered me to my sibling who aren't local because i caught them neglecting my dad. She thankfully is no longer there. This place is a hell hole. 2 showers a week, no staffing, patients allowed to wander all over and food is disgusting. Lots of my dad's stuff missing. List goes on. So many caregivers at our home have worked there and a company who does PT and OT over said thank God we moved Dad home. Bad stories told by many. #HarborHellMemoryCare
