If you are thinking of putting your love one with a debilitated medical condition here think again... When caring residents are feeding a resident instead of a associate of which that person is paying for that service you have to ask yourself something isn't right.... This is the best part... When you confront one of the office managers about it, they call you a liar..... I have personally witnessed this since I visit my father every morning and watch two caring residents feeding their friend.... God bless them!!! I would expect concern from that manager to correct the issue, not calling me a liar.... SHAME ON YOU!!! TO BE CONTINUED.....

Met with Laurie and she was so friendly and professional. Was such a very nice visit for my brother to see just, how nice and friendly all staff people were, how clean the facility was and in general a great visit...p.s. He loved the free popcorn he got and the girl was exceptionally friendly also, who was in the dining room. In all a great visit with friendly and courteous people. A big move for my brother, but he felt so welcome there, was great! Thank you Laurie for making his transition seem much easier...

Worst place to live ever, it breaks my heart to hear the stories my grandmother gives from living at this place. Never have a loved one live here! The food quality is mediocre (my dog eats better food). My grandmother often goes hungry because she cannot handle to eat the food here. The staff and other renters steal and use her personal items when she's gone. The staff is horrible, and don't care that all of this is happening. They just brush it off. Shady business that allows staff and others to easily steal from residents. My grandmother plans on leaving here ASAP.

We paid them $5,600 in advance. Didn't get a copy of the contract. Mom's health changed and we tried to back out of contract. They would only refund $2,000. She never moved in, never eat or slept there. They even charged her a MOVE IN FEE. Didn't get back to me when the said they would. All around bad experience. I would never do business with them and I recommend you don't either. See their lawsuits about poor/negligent treatment on the AHCA website. I gave them one star because there are no minus numbers. Stay away. Ripoff
