About Angel House Assisted Living
Angel House is a warm, family-oriented assisted living home located in beautiful Pembroke Pines, FL. Not an institutional setting, but rather a warm inviting long-term residence where seniors can get the care they need while enjoying their independence. At Angel House, you will find comfort, security and activities designed to entertain and nurture.
Understanding that todayâ??s seniors have a desire to stay connected with family and friends as conveniently as possible, Angel House includes a computer center for residents to enjoy. The center offers more than just an Internet connection. Our residents keep young and active minds through computer assisted learning and videophone communications with family.
Angel House also has a piano, a large screen TV with Wii games to exercise and entertain, books, games, puzzles, and movies. Residents also enjoy a fenced and heated pool, plus scheduled activities and parties in a safe, quiet family neighborhood setting. Housekeeping is on duty daily, including weekly linen and laundry services. Optional salon services are also on-site for hair and nail care, toiletries and transportation is provided to medical specialists and other destinations.
Angel House employs a registered dietician to design three delicious home-cooked meals we serve every day. The family dining room provides a pleasant social atmosphere for our residents to enjoy at meal times. We make health foods available at all times, such as fresh fruit, juice, beverages and snacks. While the state of Florida requires we provide a balanced diet, Angel House insists on good tasting food!
The staff-to-resident ratio at Angel House is superior, ensuring that your beloved seniors get the individual attention they deserve. Our staff receives continuing educational training, ensuring they have the best information available on how to care for your loved ones and meet their physical needs. Angel House has on-call nurses and doctors to offer on-site monthly doctor visits with primary care physicians, ophthalmologists, chiropractors, psychiatrists, psychologists and periodic podiatrist visits. No other assisted small home/facility can match our warm atmosphere and exceptional level of on-site care.
Our hearts are in this and we know that caregivers occasionally need a rest. For this, we offer short-term respite care, from one week to one month. We also offer day health/social care without a waiting list.
Monthly cost varies depending on benefits available to the Resident or Daycare client. Some have No Co-Pay, especially common for Daycare/Respite care. Please Call us for Expert Help to design a custom care plan for your loved one's individual needs and budget. Love is spoken here at Angel House, in English and in Spanish. Thank you

My friend's mother was here when she was older. Everyone loved her and took very good care of her. Small homes like this one are not like nursing homes where people really get little individual care. This is such a happy place, and the caregivers are nice. The food is excellent, visitors wanted to stay for dinner, me included! I would highly recommend this place to anyone who needs assisted living or daycare for their parents, or any others they care for.

I've known the administrator of this facility for 9 years and have to say it is one of the best run ALF's in south Florida Doreen REALLY cares about the residence she makes sure they eat healthy and have a family oriented environment full of love and that help's the residence health improve. If you can get your loved one in this facility DO IT, however she is quite often full so there might be a wait list. Also a great place for day care as well.

I used to be a volunteer in this facility and the best part that I've seen is that this place is more than a ALF. This place is a home for their residents, they feel happy because they feel part of a family. The staff offer a person centered care.
