The folks at Woodmont are warm, friendly, and attentive to my family members' needs. One of the features they most enjoy is the courtyard in the middle of the building. We all enjoy its beauty and accessibility, but I particularly like the safe environment it provides for being out in the sun and fresh air and a bit of exercise, away from any traffic.

The ED SCOTT is the biggest Liar and con artist I have ever seen IN MY LIFE. he lies to residents as well as tells the families anything to get them out of his face. He is all talk and no action. He is very rude and unprofessional. He reminds me of a used car salesman. My loved one has been at Pacifica for years and he is by far the worst ED. The dietary food is awful now as well. SINCE WHEN IS IT SNAITARY TO PREP FOOD OUT AND SERVE FOR 3 TO 4 DAYS IN ADAVANCE. YES WE ARE AWARE THAT THIS IS GOING ON AS THE DIETARY HEAD CHEF RYAN SAYS IT OFTEN. The Nursing staff and OTHER management are amazing. How do you have anyone like this running your Company this is the worst I have seen this facility. The ED is awful You guys should have kept JIMMIE FAE. What kind of ED walks past staff and visitors and looks them in the face and does not speak. One day I was in the same elevator as him and he did not even open his mouth to speak. Go over to the other facilities i.e. Tapestry and Clarity Pointe and their ED makes you feel welcome your ED is extremely rude. I will be looking for placement for my loved one. WANT TO FIND OUT WHATS REALLY GOING ON IN YOUR BUILDINIG IN TALLAHASSEE JUST ASK YOUR FAMILY MEMBERS AND STAFF. YOUR ED IS A JOKE!!!!!!!!!! The plates are getting smaller and smaller but my bill is not going down!!! Your ED does not do anything but sit in the office and pretend to be busy to keep from talking to the family members/residents. When you do talk to him its a total waste of time and a JOKE!! I would like to address Janet Herbert and Clark Westwood remarks. Unfortunately Janet my concern is not 50 steaks or 100 pounds of potatoes it is the health and wellbeing of my mother. My mother is constantly complaining only about how terrible the food is, so one day I decided to visit during lunch this particular day it was fried chicken and it looked as though it was thawed, prepped and cooked in grease just utterly disgusting. Now I can not help but believe all of my mom complaints are true. To Clark Westwood the Woodmont I am speaking of does have a ED name Scott but he is far from welcoming ! One day I was standing in the lobby he came out with a coffee cup walked behind the bistro area filled his cup and back to his office with no interaction at all. Every time I visit I check my mom mail and his door is always closed. The other evening I came to visit and to my surprise he has a new door with no windows now he really look like he don't want to be bothered. He has yet to return a phone call regarding my concerns. Now Janet Herbert asked me to be a little more constructive for window shoppers I will FACT there are faint urine smells in the building that lingers and FACT on March 1st to be exact I was sitting in my truck ending a call and your welcoming ED came out of the east end door to smoke as I have seen him do so that was not unusual what was unusual was on this day he decided to urinate outside the door shake it off zip his pants and finish his smoke. I hope this is constructive enough. Needless to say to the owner our time there is limited and once my mom is moved and our business is settled the bad food and disgusting ED will no longer be our concern. D.J.

i could not find a reply option, im in my 50s not very computer literate so forgive an old lady. but in response to the below review, you'd be hard pressed to find any restaurant or any kind of bulk food service that does not prep food out 3-4 days in advance. think of your favorite place to eat, and im sure you'd be surprised to see how the kitchen actually operates. there's some food that is difficult to hold, or that you just really shouldn't as a chef. as long as the prep is being done in a sanitary manner, 3-4 days is the good zone for most restaurants (even fast food). and really just as a functional practice, you can't cut fifty steaks on the spot, or as with handcut fries, cut down and soften 100lbs of potatoes while meeting ticket times or service times. this is why prep exists. i was just searching on google for a home to put my great aunt, im one of her only living relatives. im just window shopping for now, but i did not find that below review very specific or helpful. some of the other negative reviews at least addressed specific concerns, but the angry reviewer should maybe be a little bit more constructive for some of us window shoppers. thank you jan h.
