I'm shocked to read some of these negative reviews; my mother has lived at Woodmont for over 4 years and we've never had a minutes trouble! Management & Care Staff are always kind and helpful. Please go and visit for your self, and you'll sure feel all the love that they give to anyone who enter there doors.

I never do this, but I was so horrified by what I saw & smelled I feel obligated as a troubled family member to share this. Going to visit my Aunt was supposed to be a fun time to reminisce and catch up, it in turn was a humanitarian visit. Having volunteered at my local animal shelter, I have encountered more sanitary kennels that aren't nearly as offensive to the senses. We have made arrangements to relocate my dear Aunt to a facility worthy of her and will be reporting the unrelenting conditions of Woodmont immediately.

I am a local small business owner and have provided services to Pacifica for well over a year now. I have filled orders on time and to specification. I also worked with the staff on events when flowers were needed but the budget was very tight. I feel that working with other businesses in the community helps everyone. I allowed them to open an charge account knowing that payments were to be sent to a corporate office. The first payment took over 90 days to arrive. We operate on a net 30 billing cycle and because of this there was a late charge assessed. At this point, the late fees are over $400 and I just received an email for the local accounts payable person which stated that they will not be paying the late fees and to please stop sending statements. I know for a fact that that the late fee they charge their residents is $250 and is assessed if the payment is more than 5 days late. It is very sad to require the customers your serve to pay their accounts in full but feel you are above it.

I find the facility is always clean inside and out! I know the employees are always very polite and considerate of everyone. The front office staff are exceptional and are always there for the residents needs and understanding. There's always a lot of activities going on and always transportation for doctor visits. It's incredible how the kitchen staff can put out 3 meals a day with an outstanding variety of foods and deserts!! I see the nurses and housekeepers constantly working hard to keep the residence safe and happy. I've been working in maintenance for about 8 months and made a whole bunch of beautiful friends, residents and co/workers, and I' m proud to be working at Woodmont.
