No stars. I spoke too soon last time This is truly a hell hole I'm missing clothing, linens, and I asked 3 times for a lock on the door I'm still not getting my medicine properly dispensed and my bed doesn't get made or my room properly cleaned and organized The helps favorite expression is "I don't know. It's not my job ". The only redeeming value is that chef Pavel does a great job with the food. The residents are very territorial and I don't even have a place to sit in the dining room forcing me to eat out or incur the expense of delivery This is just another of those facilities that puts profit before caring about seniors. Stay away I'm currently looking hard to move I'd love to see the resumes of the people running this dump I'm sure there won't be much experience in the medical field .

Poor patient service and staff are not friendly. I have my father who was admitted there for short term rehab and he always dirty and not well taking care of every time I visited him. I would not recommend this place.

Ignore the other reviews - the only thing this placed raised is my expectations! Such an amazing place! I can't wait to put my mother in this home!

I had found that when first visiting and then enrolling my loved one the staff was very friendly and helpful. We were assured that if there were any questions or concerns do not hesitate to call, with that statement we have yet to get anyone to either actually at time of call to accept the call, we always get a voicemail, with almost never a return call. Even after a detailed email was there any response or concern. I feel it was the old bait and hook concept. It is totally absurd of how a business is run.
