I personally would NEVER trust this facility with the well-being of my loved one. On any given night, there may be as little a 2 "Care Manager's" on staff for the midnight shift, none of which are certified,or required to be certified to do ANYTHING. The workers are severely underpaid, which incorporates a "Don't really care" attitude. The managements stand on this is "if you don't like it, LEAVE, there's plenty of others waiting in line".....This facility strives on paying their employees, or "Care Manager's" just above minimum wage ($9.00 per hour) in an effort to maximize profits without regard to the "manpower" it takes to lift and dress your loved one every morning...Trust me...I've witnessed this myself......GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!
