Every time I walk in to Heritage of Sandy Plains I feel so welcome and happy. The staff is so friendly and the residents are just lovely. The front porch is so charming and inviting and it just continues when you walk in the door.

Has no one heard of the bed bug problem?? My loved one had to be treated twice, and a staff member told me it's been going on over a year. I don't understand how this can happen, and why the families were not notified. I did report this to the state, but there have been no answers given to us family members, and that is unconscionable. There are currently (according to staff) three rooms with an active problem. And when they did treat the rooms, they did not treat the adjoining rooms. From what I've been told, Orkin is there a lot, but they still haven't gotten it under control- they even had the dogs out there. Disgusting!

Bedbugs. I moved my mom out. I gave them a chance, but the company doesn't seem to treat the infestation as a priority.
