SRV is the most unprofessional work establishment I've ever worked for. The management is horrible and loves the show favoritism between "Regular employees" and "The favorites". Very nasty "know it all" attitude. Manager also HATES to pay overtime. They do not compensate for any hours over your scheduled time nor is the pay fair for the work load and stress you endure while working for SRV. Turnover rate is sky high for employees AND residents. I wish the owner of would look more into who he has managing his business and who is looking after his residents.
