I've been here at Brookdale for Three years. A very easy going place to work. I love my residents. My Co-workers are very supportive. Our Health and Wellness Director Michelle Carpenter is very caring and will stand by her Employee's.

I am celebrating 7 years at Brookdale Chambrel Roswell In my 29 years of working in the senior health care field, I have never worked for a company and a community that helps their staff grow as much as they do. It is a wonderful experience to see staff be promoted from within and appreciated for the work that they do and the ideas that they share. I enjoy working for this company and especially at this community!

I agree with (Honesty is the best policy), but they are not going to do anything about it... Especially with the MANAGER.
