I am a resident here at Marsh View and I would say its well run. They treat you like you are somebody and everybody knows everybody. The staff is good to me... especially the ladies up front. The staff cleans my room and replaces my toilet tissue all the time. They also bring me my lunch if I don't want to go to the dining room. I don't see myself going anywhere any time soon!

I recently enrolled my aunt, Ann Wynne, in Marsh View. My first experience in dealing with an elderly relative in relocating her living facilites for the last 60 years. All of your staff were a great help but the two young ladies who answered all my questions and reassured me that we were making wise decisions were Hannah and Tamika. What great representatives of your facility. I brought each of them flowers to show my appreciation but felt compelled to let you know how helpful these two young ladies were. My aunt seems to be adjusting well and I hope she will have many more years of life with your facilities help.

I chose Marsh View because independence and coming and going as I please was important to me when I was considering assisted living communities. The staff takes good care of me and keeps my room very neat. Happy hour is a good time every Friday as well. I would definitely recommend.

I have lived at Marsh View for about 2 months now. I was one of those who didn't want to leave my home of 60 years but I have been impressed. I had no idea how much the staff does for us on a daily basis... I was shocked. They will bring me juice while I just sit on my behind. I'm glad my family chose Marsh View!

I cannot imagine any legitimate reviewer giving this place 5 stars. We have repeatedly complained about our mother's treatment in the memory care portion of the facility. Just this morning, there was no juice at breakfast (reportedly ran out yesterday when the "other side"came and got their last bottle - I suppose they try not to run out with residents who can complain or remember to tell family). In addition to that, what was provided for breakfast was burned biscuit, toast so hard she couldn't eat it (supposed to have soft diet) and something indistinguishable. Her hair is rarely washed and there seems to be no routine bathing. Several staff were recently let go, supposedly due to embezzlement and mismanagement but I have no first-hand knowledge of that. We were hoping that the new Executive Director, who sent a letter introducing himself and asking everyone to contact him with any concerns, would make improvements. My husband called his office number on the letter knowing he would probably just get his voice mail but someone answered and had no idea who he was! After insisting upon leaving a voice message, he was transferred to the voice mail of the same person he has brought our concerns to numerous times. someone needs to do something. If we just keep relocating our loved ones, those that have no family will continue to suffer from this very subpar lack-of-caregiving.
