I would not recommend this facility to anyone. We placed my grandmother here because we knew the owner and thought she would be safe and receive great care. She was physically abused by a resident that eventually resulted in a broken hip, pelvis and arm from the final assault. She never walked again! Then owner and staff knew about the abuse and did nothing about it. Finally, one employee contacted us and disclosed information regarding the abuse to us. That employee was fired. The facility is very nice and clean and the owner puts on a great show, but beware your relative will not be safe at this facility.

Magnolia Estates is as good as it gets. We entrusted my dear Nana to them when her dementia made it too difficult for her to live independently. Although she was usually pleasant, she has many issues that make caring for her quite a challenge. The wonderful hands-on administrative staff, as well as the personal caregivers are patient, kind and work well together like a family. The staff are very dedicated, and go the extra mile. I highly recommend Magnolia Estates. They love Nana, and she loves them. I cannot ask for a better place for her to be at this stage in her life. Thank you, Magnolia Estates for taking excellent care of our Nana.

I have had the honor to work with the staff at this location for about 4 months now and have gotten to know part of the staff. These people do there job because they are passionate about helping others feel like they are at home and want nothing more than to have a peaceful and relaxing environment to work in and for ALL of the residence. I met the staff due to them needing some help and my friends mother is a resident. I have over the past couple years been up to do a Bible study, and entertain (I took balloons), and now am helping with there website... When I was in entertainment FULL time I worked MANY facilities like this and entertained during lunch on various days.so I can say this place is like HOME to the residence. It's an honor to work with such a group of people.

After the death of my father, my mother no longer wanted to be at home alone. We went out of town for two weeks and Mother went to Magnolia Estates for a "test drive". On our way home, Mother called to tell us she had decided to stay. That was two years ago! Mother is well cared for and happy at Magnolia Estates. She is among long time friends and has made some new friends there. Because my brothers and I all live out of state, the staff at Magnolia takes the lead on getting Mother to off-site doctor and other appointments on our behalf. We have been most pleased with the professionalism and attention to detail demonstrated by the Rampey family and their staff. Thanks for a great experience!

One of my best friends mothers is at this location, and I got to go have lunch with her just the other day and this place was amazing to me. At first I looked around and wasn't impressed then I got to see how everyone interacted with the staff and with those living here. My friends mom is suffering from dementia and can no longer live on her own, but doesn't need to be in a nursing home, Magnolia estates lets her have her freedom, while being SAFE...
