I'm pretty sure the maintenance guy is the only competent person on the management staff. I think he might be a homosexual but that's ok in 2017. We still love him.

WORSE ever if your looking for a place to dump off mom day or both well here you go.Staff is great they really do care and are top notch upper management from Director down could care or less make sure your rent is on time any thing from aside from that they don't care and WILL Charge you for it if you ask hey can you.Waterford is ALL about this filling rooms getting rent on time and that is it they forced a family OUT because he was a two care person but yet today they moved in two family's requiring the same assistant. If you are looking to get back at good old mom and dad for who you were raised then by ALL Means send them to this Hell Hole over prized rent meals take it or leave it don't like whats being served you get a grilled cheese sandwich. Can't be there one days when you family has a doctor appointment 25 dollars one way gets them there one way unless it is Monday or Thursday. What you here from front office is a lie as to what goes on behind closed door meetings every Tuesday and Friday. There are so many More better places in Ames if you really love Mom Dad get them the hell out of there sent my phone number and contact info to different place on here of course they will try to shut me down.I worked there sat in the meetings want to hear the truth give me a call.Sorry had to light up at least one star out of the five shown it should be a neg 5 really if you love your parents get them out so you can enjoy as much time with them as you can keeping them at Waterford just there time here buy five or more years do to neglect.
