Considering that we had to get my grandmother into memory care on extremely short notice in 2015 and really had no choice as to where she would go at first, we are so grateful that she ended up at Bickford. The staff has been so caring, right up to the end. The food was good, there were lots of activities to engage her and she was loved. A heartfelt thank you to the staff. :)

One of the receptionist was rude and didn't even answer my question!

What wonderful and caring people that I am so confident having chosen this center for my mom! And even more important, she is surrounded by a great group of people that share life stories, photos and happy moments! I am grateful for a facility like Bickford when there are so many others that don't live up to my high standards. I can say that because I own a flower shop and deliver flowers to many facilities where I've witnessed firsthand people languishing in the autumn of their lives without attention and even minimal care. Again, I am grateful to Bickford for their high principles and ethics!
