Sitting in the ER and they have left one of their residents here, sitting hungry, thirsty, and alone for several hours because they "forgot" about him. Seriously. Not impressed. Neglect of our elderly is atrocious.

One of your employees Megan Madden was bragging how she steals oxys from your clients and gives them a PEN instead. Keep a close look out for this one. She is a bigger set lady with blonde hair. This needs to be addressed ASAP they have those meds to help cope with the pain. Unbelievable

The staff has been great Larry Gilley left and Jennifer Smith came into charge. She makes sure her residents are always happy and that the facility is in spectacular shape! I would definitely recommend having loved ones live there.

One has to wonder if some of these negative reviews might be former employees who are bitter over being terminated.

I hope this facility makes the needed changes
