My grandmother moved in from Nov 2005 to Nov 2008 when she passed on at age 95! i knew if we ever needed to place my mother somewhere, Willow Park was the place to go. My mother agreed. I moved mom into Willow Park in June 2011 and she is still living happily there. A lot of the same people who cared for Grandma were still working at the facility in 2011 when I moved Mom in. The employees go through a very rigorous interview process to make sure they are the right fit for all the clients in Willow Park. The employees care for their clients as if they were their own blood relative. I wanted that personal touch for Mom. The clients at Willow Park are very fortunate to have so many caregivers love on them! The food is good, the facilities are maintained well and in a timely fashion is something is wrong in a room, the activities are endless for the clients - movies, weekly shopping trips, weekly scenic tours, bingo, exercise classes, brain games, holiday parties, WOW moments specific to each client etc. You won't be disappointed by placing your loved one in the hands of the Willow Park staff. They are A #1!!! The staff are also very attentive to the families and have open communication with family. Thank you staff at Willow Park!

It is seldom easy to make the move to assisted living after being independent all your life. I can honestly say this move for my dad was still difficult BUT it definitely improved his quality of life. The staff at WP are EXCELLENT - they are attentive and genuinely concerned and interested in their community members. The facility is lovely, the food is good and I always feel welcome when I visit my father. They go out of their way to find out what their residents want and try to make it happen. They have lots of regular activities and outings. Much more than my dad would have ever had available if he had staying in his own house. I'm confident in his care - the nursing staff is attentive and well versed in health issues related to seniors. Thank you for all you do to make life better for families!

Weekly something happens there that negatively impacts my grandparents living there. They have been at their worst health since they moved in there because of the poor care they have given them. Not to mention, the staff has lost and stolen thousands of dollars worth of belongings and money from their rooms. The med staff for a period of time was giving my grandpa his Parkinson's meds irregularly causing him to fall repeatedly and end up in the hospital. There is so much more I can list that would show how unprofessional, unorganized, and moronic Willow Park staff really is. On the one good note, my grandparents love the people who help them hands on daily. However, we are currently looking for a new place for them to live where their health will not be put at risk.

This is a pre-move in review. We have been interviewing memory care centers for the last few weeks. We have seen how differently these facilities can be and how easy you can tell the top from the bottom. We have decided to select Willow Park and look forward to keep the 5 star rating with them.

My father was at Willow Park Memory Care for five years and most of the staff that was there at the beginning were there at the end. That was very important to us and worth the expense. Thank you, WP.
