i give it a 5 star so everybody can see. It looks like all of you that been writing these reviews, your loved ones used to live here or they are currently residence here at this place. It used to be a very good place for your loved once but I used to work here and recently got terminated because they said I have go over 20 points which they gave me for being late 15 minutes for a couple of days. But when I got on shift, your loved ones were putting to bed dirty. The care givers on pm shift don't even care to make sure they brushed their teeth & change them while putting them to bed. There rooms were trashed, but most especially some of your loved ones were putting into bed with their sheets wet from urine because they don't change their depends. All these were brought up to the care givers supervisors, and the sad thing about it was that they never care about what happened. We did reports every shifts change, and what I just wrote down were in a 24 log book but still they don't make changes to it. Your loved ones were in their chairs for hours, waiting to be put into bed till midnight because the care givers would lie to them that they will come back and help them into bed, but they never did. You might wonder why their bills went up but it's because sometimes your loved ones tried to clean up themselves and accidently make mess on their carpets. Then they ordered maintenance to go in and do carpet cleaning, and that is another extra charge. One resident was complaining about a care giver that went in her room after being told that she's not allowed to be in the room for the way she treated her, but instead she went in and threatens her. When the resident reported what happened, they said that the resident likes to make up things. No rights for residents there. I'm saying all these because not because I got terminated but because I want everybody to know what has been going on at this place. I was gonna walk out a night because of how things were but I chose to stay and finish the shift cuz of these poor residents. Then the day I was gonna go back, they called me in and said they gotta let me go. I've been reporting what's been going on but they never bother to hear my voice. You might think that they're old that's why they're getting sick too, but their meds were passed 2 hours before their med passed which could cause overdose, and getting sick. Sometimes their meds were marked that they took it but no. All these were brought to the supervisors, and still nothing's changed. They acted all so nice when families were there during visits, but as soon as they left, their loved ones were being left alone, and ignored. They're hiring people that said they got 10 plus years of experience, and still not doing the right cares for the residents.

I'm a Senior Care professional as well as an adult child of an elder. I have recommended Willow Park to many clients through the past ten years and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to my own parent. They are friendly, and inclusive, without being pushy. They will listen to your family's needs and help you determine if it's a "good fit". Their facilities are are clean and lovely, without being overdone, and the staff is professional and attentive, putting the needs of their residents first.

We could not be more impressed with Willow Park staff and care! My in laws moved in almost a year ago and we have been impressed with the people who work there from Day 1. The kindness and compassion the employees give toward the residents is above and beyond any thing we have ever witnessed. We are so grateful we found this home away from home for my in laws. Thank you for making such a difference!

I have been working in the Home Health and Hospice field for the past 12 years in the Treasure Valley. I would highly recommend Willow Park to my clients and my Family members. If you need a great place to live you should move into Willow Park.
