Have family memever at fairwinds and have had multi issues, currently paying for them to do 2 extra checks on family member... and have had problem after problem with this place and there staff which at times have been down right rude to us when voicing concerns or have problems... they are not checking on family member like they are being paid to do... family member had a fall resently and staff again failed to check on her and I personally found family member and no one had checked on her like they should have... they have not been able to give medications correctly so marking her sick... not helping her with shower like suppose to.. so many problems would have a very hard time recommending to anyone to put their loved ones there...

As the owner of Idaho Falls Cab I strongly reccomend to all cab companies to stay away from this place. Not only have they taken me for granted, but they refuse to pay anything when appointments are canceled without notice. People that live there are extremely unreliable and front desk staff never tip or pay if the customer dissapears.
