About Cedar Crest Residential Care

Charlene Humphreys has been a business owner for many years and decided that there was a need in Mountain Home to create a place for residents that may need some help with activities of daily living (ADL's) She opened the doors of the facility in 1984 to address the needs of this community. She spends the majority of her day in the facility caring for and transporting residents. She devotes her life to this establishments and those that bless her everyday.

Charlene received the Lifetime Achievement Award in 2011 from the Mountain Home Chamber of Commerce. The facility also received zero deficiencies during inspection in 2013 from the state survey in fire and residential care.

The center holds both state and national licenses for all levels of residential care.
