Horrible facility... I mean horrible. Tonight I found one of there patients out in the road. She had fallen over and was almost hit several times. They don't lock the doors and there's not enough staff. I was able to walk into the facility through a side door looking for a staff member and there was nobody. I then called the cops cause after calling them they couldn't help us and they didn't know if they were missing anyone. Don't put your loved ones in this home. Tons of other great homes but this one is horrible.

Please dont ever decide to work here ...people seem nice until you get to know them... CNAs arnt helpful, nurses are lazy and the administration is terrible . Staff is very nice until they throw you on the floor. Very hostile working environment. Director of Nursing doesn't care about her staff, favors certain employees and is always eating in her office! Too many State and Hippa violations are also going on here! I wouldn't recommend this place at all!!!!.. This place doesn't even deserve a one star but It makes you give it a star in order to share your thoughts. Keep job searching.

I would not recommend admitting a loved one here. My grandfather had a severe heart attack that put him into the hospital for a week, then was admitted here for physical therapy . For the first 5 days he begged and begged to get a bath. They wouldn't do it, he had to give himself "sponge bathes" with a wash cloth from the room sink. The nurses are not nice, countless times I have witnessed them argue with him if he needs something, even if it's fresh water. Tonight, my family wasn't there, and he had severe chest pain, he pushed his alert button and 30 minutes went by, he had to put himself in his wheel chair and wheel himself down to the nurses station to get help, then the nurses got mad. He is absolutely terrified to stay here because the attention of the nurses is so low, my grandmother is now going to stay there with him for the next couple of days to make sure nothing else like this happens, and then pull him out of this home.
