My sister and I visited and researched all assisted living facilities in the Pocatello area. After weighing the pros and cons of each we chose Caring Hearts because of the wonderful staff, clean facilities and the level of care offered. Our experience with the aides and administration was unfailingly positive. If we had any concern at all it would be addressed promptly, with a follow up to make sure we were comfortable with dad's care. The aides were always cheerful, helpful and so kind to dad. They always kept him and his room clean and tidy which at times was a big task.. He responded well to the attention and care he was provided. He could be cranky at times, but the aides always knew how to help him feel loved and comforted. I highly recommend Caring Hearts as a place where residents are well cared for, treated with respect and understanding.

My Mother has been a resident of Caring Hearts for over a year now. They treat her with care and compassion. The staff is friendly and attentive. I compare them to where my Uncle was staying at a nursing home in Massachusetts. With him, I always had to ask them to attend to him (changing and such) but I haven't found that to be the case with the care my mother receives. The staff has a lot of responsibilities but handles them well.

Caring Hearts in Pocatello, my mother who's now 99, has lived there for 18 months, I spend about 2+ hours each day visiting her, I know, since I'm there a fair amount of time I know whats going on, every resident gets prompt assistance if they need it, the facility is cleaned, top to bottom, all the time. The food is good. The staff does a great job, they are attentive to the needs of each resident, are friendly and caring. I have absolutely NO complaints and would recommend Caring Hearts as a excellent place to send your family member when they need assistance. I give 5 stars without hesitation.

My Dad will have been at Caring Hearts 3 yrs. this December 2018. He came to them in bad shape trying to live on his own at 95 yrs. old. Angie, Amber, Ashley, and the staff at Caring Hearts loved him, cared for him, fed him, and nursed him back to health. The staff is pleasant, capable, and wants the best for me and my Dad. If there's a problem, someone contacts me immediately. He's in the best hands possible and knowing that, alleviates the guilt I feel for not having him live with us. In my mind, I know we couldn't give him the time and care he needs, but Caring Hearts is doing it! I am so fortunate to have found this place for Dad! Sincerely, Susan Katsilometes (Ed's daughter)

They should change their name to UnCaring hearts. We got to find out through the grapevine that my grandmother passed away. We and Caring Hearts knew my money grubbing aunt wouldn't bother to say anything, but we had hoped that Caring Hearts would have some semblance of decency to inform my mother of her mother's passing, since she was the origional point of contact. SHAME ON YOU! You will NEVER get any kind of positive recomendation from me or my immediate family.
