    I am a big fan of the team over at Brookdale. They have worked very hard to remodel the building and make it such a friendly and welcoming environment for all of their residents. I am especially impressed by their memory care unit, which has a modern "homey" feeling to it, and some amazing amenities such as their spa.

    While my father was a resident there he and my family were treated with the utmost respect and care. The entire staff was responsive to our needs, and were always professional and "human" at the same time. From a financial standpoint, we particularly appreciated the "a la carte" pricing structure at Brookdale, which allowed us to tailor a monthly care schedule which both met my dad's physical needs and his budget as well. We would recommend Brookdale to anyone, and in fact have done so on several occasions. Kudos!

    My Aunt has been here about a year and a half and I visit weekly. They just finished a complete remodel of common areas so all the flooring, paint and furniture is new. Convenient location close to groceries, banks and 3 pharmacies. Receptionist and staff seem friendly. She's never happy with the dinners, but says breakfast and lunch is good. Sometimes they seem to be short wait staff at meal time.

    Worst place ever to work. I wouldnt recommend anybody to work in such a hostile environment, they have very very poor MANAGEMENT, your team members doesn't work as a TEAM! the managers are unprofessional, the main kitchen is cluttered and not cleaned properly. Under staffing, a lot of GOSSIP between the entire BUILDING. The whole HR department are liars and doesnt maintain good attitudes, they show favoritism through out all departments. Was one of the BEST fsworkers there and was never late, a REALIABLE worker and they didnt care. They didnt show any recognition or achievments. Very slousy, wasnt PROPERLY trained. Never seen such disaster!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I blame Dietary manger MARSHA, CINDY HAWKINS and the NEW Administrator. Management was so COWARDLY they didn't even have the GUTS to fire me they just havent called or anything. An incident happened last week with me and EMPLOYEE name MICHELLE and HR never got a statement from me or anything they just don't care and wanted to get RID of me due to me Sticking up for myself. They will get whats coming to them.... I feel so bad for the residents havent to pay so much money for such services. Something needs to be in order to get all the messed cleaned up. Its needs to be a start over. Cnas are always short, LPN are quitting due to them causing problems. The kitchen dietary manager lied and told some CONFIDENTIAL evidence to the servers that my mother called and CUSSED her out which was a complete LIE!!!!!!!! CAN'T believe such a upscale place that thiers so much unnecessary drama going on. Too unprofessional for me.

    The carpet in the foyer and first foor hallways are absolutely filthy. No receptionist at the front desk. I ate lunch with someone there and my grilled cheese sandwich was two pieces of grilled bread with cold cheese between. The nursing staff seems attentive. Resident room smelled very damp and musty.
