I am not sure why you say incompetent director? Great place! Staff and director both are excellent and respond to questions and concerns. I press the call button and staff is there within 3 to 5 minutes. Many unique activities like flower arranging and many entertainers. A great facility for aging in place!

When I first moved my mother in back in 2015 the facility was managed by Brookdale. I was very pleased with the service and care she was receiving. In 2017 Enlivant took over. Good staff people were let go and quality took a nose dive. Air conditioning in the rooms frequently broke down causing my mom to go to the hospital on at least 2 occasions from overheating. They even had me sign my mother up for unnecessary PT services that they promised Medicare would pay, and when they didn't pay I was stuck with a huge bill. I finally moved her to Transitions at Willow Lake right down the street and the facilities and service are wonderful. Cheaper too.

Incompetent Director and Nursing- Go anywhere else if you love your family. Many residents seem scared of staff. Real horror show!
