The minute I walked in, I knew this was not the place for a relative of mine! There is a horrible smell, and the building is in such poor condition, it is unbelievable. There were no decorations on the walls to make the place feel like home, in fact it felt like a dungeon of a hospital. The baseboards were dirty and broken, bathrooms are old, and rooms are in poor condition. (this review is of the nursing facility in the rear)

My sister had a stroke back at the beginning of September she was inn this facility 2 weeks her first stylweek in a half she was moved rooms a total of five times the last time she got moved rooms they said room mate had to be put on isolation so she had to move but they putt another lady in the room with the one on isolation when question they said she to had to be put on isolation next day Went in to see my sister question again why my sister had to be put in another room told me again cause the lady had to be put on isolation I then question then how come there is no isolation sign or supplies in room and why did you just go in not gown yup our glove up touch the lady come back out and not even stop to was your hands before and go right back too messing with meds. Of course the nurse started stuttering so I said I believe that is cause for termination cause you should never touch one resident them another isolation or not another issue my sister had original went there for rehab cause she has a stroke first day first aid was mean to her she was making process then one day lost complete control of right side told nurse she needed to go to hospital she asked why I told her cause she acts like she had had a stroke again cause she has no control over her right side again so she came in took vitals and said she was fine i then said she is not fine so she send anither lady in they're cause I mentioned my sister's hand being discolored also and the lady come in and said there was nothing wrong with her hand then the nurse came back in and I said so are you all sending her out she said the poa has to give permission/ request her to bee sent out and I said well you talked to her an hour ago and she requested them after a total of an hour and 45 mins later the nurse come back in and said the DON of nursing said to send her 25 mins after that she come bank in and said ambulance couldn't take her until inn the morning I said no get the papers ready and me and her daughter will take her tonight got too hospital only to find out that she had a new tumor on her brain and it caused get to be paralyzed again inn the right side. With that said. Nurse just didn't want to do her job cause she was one of the lazy ones. They need to shut this facility down and hire new. Except for one of the nurses and two of the aids out of several that'sall that really acted like the residents was important and top priority
