I have heard both good and bad about this place. I have seen first hand drug related activity in the parking lot visiting someone there. But have seen happy, healthy people living there.

Food is gross. Seen roaches in the dining room. Seen evidence of roaches in my grandmothers apartment. Staff is not always friendly. One of the elevators has been broken for over a year. They only have 2 elevators. So 1 working. That has to be a safety issue. And Victory Hills is still way overpriced.

Two major issues with this community you need to be aware of: THEFT of resident's belongings, and VERY HIGH TURNOVER OF STAFF. Smells musty inside building especially when it is humid outside. Ladybug and fly infestation in the fall.
