I have a friend who lives here and I am so impressed every time I come to visit her. Everyone is so friendly, caring and go out of their way to help as needed. I think it is awesome they allow pets also. They will bring you your meals to your room if you don't want to go to the dinning room. The grounds are beautiful and well kept, and plenty of places to go sit out side. I would give them a 5 rating, but since I don't live there I felt I didn't know enough about what is like to live there.

This is the best decision we have made for my mother. They provide very compassionate care, we could not be happier.

The quality of care and the people providing that care at Park Provence is absolutely FIRST RATE! From the wonderful leaders (shouts to Susan & Audrey!) to the compassionate caregivers and talented activities and culinary team, everyone truly CARES about each and every resident, and that culminates in a unique and loving place to live unlike any other. At Park Provence, I know my loved one is in the best, most capable of hands!
