My mother has lived here for nearly 3 years and my family and I are very happy with how mom is taken care of. She enjoys all the activities (bingo, crafts, card playing) at Autumn. They go on bus rides twice a week and the dollar store once a month plus lunch out at a nice restaurant twice a month. All the staff are helpful and very kind to all the residents. The staff is always checking on each resident and inviting them to activities each day. I am so glad we found Autumn Assisted Living for my mom.

Mr. Miller must have been drinking when he posted his comments or thinking of another place. My sister in law has been at Autumn over a year. I have nothing but favorable comments. Have never heard an employee use a curse word, never seen them do anything except caring comments and actions toward the patients. They go out of their way to help the patients feel comfortable, and the nurse on duty is super well qualified. The administrator and office manager are excellent, and I never fail to see them walking through the facility when I am visiting. I see employees helping them eat, go to be bathroom and listening to their requests.

I am a board certifed Family Practitioner and I have practiced in Bel Air for thirty years. Recently, we had to locate an assisted living facility for my mother in law because of concerns over her safety in the face of advancing dementia. We visited many facilities and we were actually referred to Autumn Assisted Living by one of our friends. We were immediately impressed by the professional attitude and caring personality of Jody. Colleen and the entire staff. While we were visiting, I ran into one of my patients who had recently placed her mother at the same facility. She pulled me aside and said if a bed is available, make sure my wife and I take it because her mother has been very happy and has been well cared for. After touring the facility(which was the cleanest facility I have seen in 30 years), we were able to secure a bed for my mother in law. We were impressed with the wide range of activities offered to the residents on a weekly basis. We have remained very pleased with the caring staff, great food(per my mother in law), and the overall organization. Jody really knows how to work with the residents to get them acclimated to the facility and allow these residents to enjoy their senior years, I would highly recommend this facility for any loved one in need of assisted living.

Realizing that my mother needed more care than we could provide, we made the very hard decision to place her in a senior care facility. For months we researched our options, visited various communities and talked with friends and family. It seemed as though we would never find a place that we thought was suitable. Then we found Autumn Assisted Living in Bel Air. It wasn't just suitable, it was amazing! The staff is friendly, caring and professional. The environment truly feels like home. The staff is always interacting with the residents with games, crafts, picnics and parties. The medical care is excellent, they keep a close eye on my mom and they make sure she gets the best treatment available. Clean, well-maintained facilities creates a warm and welcoming atmosphere for residents and their families. Our family is truly grateful that we found Autumn Assisted Living. We have peace of mind knowing that our mother is happy and well cared for by these wonderful people.

I was very dissatisfied when I went to check out this facility. The workers were very unprofessional and texting and cursing the entire time I was there. The administrator that gave me the tour was very unprofessional herself; from her dressing to her body language. I would not reccomend this place to anyone.
