First and foremost I want to express my concerns regarding the negativity that individuals are expressing at Kris-Leigh. My mom has been at Kris-Leigh for years until her recent death. The staff at Kris-Leigh work hard and showed my mom and my family nothing but support and love. If I was asked for a reference to send another family member to Kris-Leigh i definitely would with hesitation. Thank you Kris-Leigh for all your hard work and support.

I started working here on September 7th 2017 my first impressions was "what a nice facility " Well that went down the garbage after working there for two days. I witnessed lack of care for residents which concerned me because I was the only certified nursing assistant. Other employees had no certifications what so ever except med techs who passed meds doing my short time here I witnessed residents were broken down because diapers were not being changed when needed. Also numerous residents falling and no one contacting families to make them aware I learnt that because I was on s shift when a resident fell in her room I didn't witness it But was called to help med tech to assist. A few days later I had to care for that resident and she complained of pains with her familie present I asked if she had been contacted about her fall she responded NO, also most of the fall risk residents are on the 4th floor with mininmun supervision because they are ALWAYS under staffed. A normal shift has 2 caregivers with 34 residents and on med tech. I wouldn't put my family member in a place like this the owner is only worried about money I voiced my concerns to him because I care for the residents well being but he has made no effort and management who Always says they are trying. They have no system the administration is horrible no structure at all. They also have beds that are not in good condition which residents are sleeping on they had no care plan for residents that caregivers could access nor did they have a reporting system to document care of residents. To anybody seeking employment here run they don't offer benefits and they don't care if you're sick they still expect you to be at work and doctors note won't excuse absence somedays you will be force to work alone amongst 34 residents to help out too bed the people here are not gerund good care due to shortage of staff and people not wanting to work here because it's that BAD I FEEL SO SORRY FOR THE RESIDENTS ! they complain so much and I wish I could do more but it's up to administration they take your lunch out your check and sometimes you don't even get a lunch it's a waste of time working for this company or for the People who own it because they don't value there employees and they don't mind showing it I have never seen an establishment so unorganized and money hungry not concerned about the people giving care or getting it I could write a book about this place but please don't CONSIDER THIS AS A HOME OR JOB
