I cannot express my thanks enough to the phenomenal people at Fairhaven. They're kind, loving, efficient and are extremely supportive to the people they're caring for, both the patient and their family. Food was delicious. Private Suite was very nice and comfortable. I wouldn't even consider taking a loved one anywhere else.

I have the pleasure of working at Integrace and find Fairhaven to be a lovely community with wonderful residents who live an active, engaging lifestyle. Our residents are so helpful and are always willing to participate in activities to promote Fairhaven, which speaks volumes about their passion for their community, as well as their satisfaction. Colleagues are friendly and supportive. Overall, a wonderful place to work and live!

My Mother has been living at Fairhaven for 20 years passing through all 3 phases and now in the nursing home section. I have been very pleased with her care

My parents lived at Fairhaven and they loved it. Their "cottage", really a one-storey townhouse, was light, airy and had a pretty view. The residents welcomed them warmly when they moved in, not knowing another soul, and they quickly became part of the community. They enjoyed excellent musical performances, a thriving community of artists and an excellent real library. The nature trails were a big attraction for them, too. Even the food was good. It's really not a nursing home, it is a continuing care community, so residents typically go when they are pretty much independent and then are able to age in place, as they need assisted living and skilled nursing.

My mother- in- law stayed in their rehabilitation wing after a nasty fall and breaking her shoulder. The Doctors kept her so drugged up she was unable to participate in physical therapy. Following that the drugs and bed confinement led to a catheter insertion-which was done so poorly she nearly died from the infection. Thank God for Johns Hopkins Hospital. They were able to save her and were shocked at the damage from the catheter. Finally...my mother in law carries medicare and cigna insurance-they have yet to bill her insurance for they stay and sends her threatening letters every week. DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH YOUR LOVED ONES.
