We have been very pleased with Arden Courts of Towson. The staff has been caring and engaged, and my aunt is comfortable and well cared for. The management team knows the memory care area well. They frequently communicate among themselves both formally and informally , so our discussions about my aunt's needs and care are productive and focus specifically on her. There are plenty of activities for the residents who want to undertake them, both in the building and with outings. Having to place a loved one in memory care is not an easy thing, but if you need to do so, we have found Arden Courts to be an excellent place and the management is very responsive. This location was recommended to us by a friend and by a consultant, and with nearly a year of experience there, we recommend it as well.

I have been extremely happy with the quality of care my loved one with dementia, receives at Arden Courts of Towson. My loved one has been living here for nearly 18 months, so I feel I have a spent a good amount of time assessing the staff, how they respond, and treat my loved one. The building is architecturally suited to those with dementia, with colored hallways, lots of walking space, huge windows, and a beautiful outdoor space that is enclosed, and free for all to safely walk within. The staff here is excellent, and I know they have my loved one's best interest at heart. The transition is never easy, from home to a memory care center, but the staff made it easy, and welcomed my loved-one, providing private rooms for all, with homey, and most importantly, a safe atmosphere. The engagement therapy programs are constant, and keep residents content, and utilizing cognitive skills, to help provide stimulation. As someone who formally worked in long-term care, I am continually impressed with Arden Courts, and would recommend it to anyone hoping to find a memory care living space that is safe, caring, and appropriate, for loved ones with this difficult disease.

Far as working here how do i put this for caregivers the pay is 10.80 and basically after your 90 days it goes to 11.00 so basically not really all that and far as the amount of work you do you will not and do not get paid enough for any of that at all you have to wash dishes serve food clean rooms basically everything its not that difficult but i promise you after your first week there your gonna feel like damn why am i hear and also i would never put my family in here some of the caregivers have the nastiest attitudes and also disrespect most of the residents here also far as the residents and their families they are some of the sweetest people you ever wanna meet in the world but basically your underpaid and overworked and not to mention alot of favoritism far as staff and some of the nurses are very sneaky on 7to3 and 3to11
