I worked there for over a year and enjoyed it and it residents it was a very rewarding place to work that was at least until the new administrator took over and they started scheduling people for shifts that they couldn't do to push them out and get them to quit myself included. Or wrote them up for things they didnt do and Tell them the investigation will be over if you just give us your resignation. If you speak up for the care or safety of the residents or you're truthful and honest about the conditions and blow substandard care they are receiving you're ostracized and targeted. And it's because they've let their more experience seasoned staff go and hired young and inexperienced and unreliable individuals. If you get hurt on the job you get pushed out. I personally would never work there again especially under the new Administration. They are cutting corners to save money and cutting positions. I certainly wouldn't stand by and watch the standard of care they call adequate I wouldn't allow my pet rat to live there at this point it used to be a nice place.
