Smelled like urine, staff argued with patients over minor things, staff lost patients, patient on cardiac/diabetic diet was given salts and sugars without blood sugar being taken. Medications were not given, confidential information was not kept confidential.

Left my mom on cammode for 30 minutes because they for got her. Left mom laying on bed 40 naked after they again forgot her. Now 2 months later call billing and ask for a detailed bill and she does not know ehat a bill is. I've been asking for a bill for a month.
