Unsatisfied with the placement of my parent, I thought residents would be placed in a room with a more compatible roommate. The staff that works there....aides and nurses, while it seems to be understaffed do the best they can. Follow up to your response. Thank you for the number to call, I agree, we can talk in private about this issue as this has to do with my parent who is a resident and the employees shouldn't be harassed about a review that a residents daughter made.

It is always difficult to leave a loved one in a home, but my mama's care has been nothing but wonderful at Altercare. She's going on 130 days as a temporary resident now and we have zero complaints. Our only recommendation would be for the physician to actually communicate with family members rather than to have us hear everything through secondary sources such as the nursing staff. Special kudos to Jennifer the accounts manager!

Not enough help, aides are great. Nurses are okay the Administration is horrible, the administrator jill is rude and if u ask the aides they will tell you it would be a better place without her. I recommend if you could take your family member to an AFC Home that would be great! because this place doesn't cut it. I took my family member to an AFC home in Barryton and they are just wonderful people.
