Forest View has been absolutely fantastic. The facilities are clean and comfortable and the employees are very nice and caring. We evaluated many nursing homes and found that Diane at Forest View was the most responsive, attentive, compassionate and caring individual to work with. She quickly set us at ease during the very difficult and emotional time with my mother. This is the best place in the area from a price, quality of care, and human touch perspective. Highly recommended.

My mother has been a resident for almost a year and her and I love it. Facility is clean and free of ordor. The staff is friendly, professional, and prompt. My mother needs assistance with bathroom and getting dressed and staff is quick to respond and they do a great job of keeping it clean. Management is strict with staff but respectful because they demand the best of care for their residents and their family's. My mom's favorites are Mark and Courtney and others whose names escape me. Diane always says hello to me and checks in on my mom and all her residents often. I believe many of the negative reviews come from disgruntled employees who were unprofessional and let go because they were unwilling to treat the residents with compassion and respect. I highly recommend this facility for your loved one!?

If you care about your loved ones.. do not put them in this trash bucket of a facility. Residents are not taken care of properly and management team does nothing to fix the problems. Most of the staff does nothing but sit on their behinds all day eating, talking and sitting on their phones. When a resident pushes their call button they will walk in the rooms and turn it off without even assisting the person. They aren't treated right at all!! On top of the ungodly amount of state violations and hippa violations this place has, they flat out just do not care about the residents or their needs. Unsanitary and inhumane practices.. go somewhere else!!

My mom has been at Forest View for several years now. Her room use to be clean. Since new management has taken over, the place has gone down hill yet her rent has gone up. She has soiled sheets left on her bed recently and when asked to have them changed while my mom was out for Thanksgiving, they were still dirty when we dropped her off at the end of the day. My mom use to go to movies and other field trips. Those trips are no longer planned and she sits in her room 24/7 except for bingo. I don't blame the workers as I am sure they are doing their best in spite of bad management and low pay.
