My dad did not want to go to Assisted Living! After having a stroke he wasn't ready to go home... surprisingly my dad really likes it. Both Jami's and Rachel are very helpful and always willing to work with to make my dad comfortable. The rest of the staff is always very friendly and helpful. They could use a little more help, especially in the afternoons and weekends... otherwise we are very happy.

Forest View has been absolutely fantastic. The facilities are clean and comfortable and the employees are very nice and caring. We evaluated many nursing homes and found that Diane at Forest View was the most responsive, attentive, compassionate and caring individual to work with. She quickly set us at ease during the very difficult and emotional time with my mother. This is the best place in the area from a price, quality of care, and human touch perspective. Highly recommended.

It is hard to find a community to care for your loved one that is genuinely concerned for their well being, however, this facility does just that. It's size conveys a homelike atmosphere with many comforts. The entire staff, administration, office, R.N., R.A.'s, kitchen, activities, laundry, housekeeping, and maintenance are always willing to do what they can to make sure your loved one is well taken care of. They treat residents like family and with respect. Highly recommend.

They have a sign to leave a review on Google. The experience my mum had there was not pleasant!!! People wondering in and out of her room all hours, day and night eating her snacks I would buy, she didnt like the food. They go in helping themselves to her belongings, even her bathroom and the new management raised the rent for that. She would pull her cord no one would answer. Change of management and they seem to have more of that than workers to assist people like my mum. From what I seen it seems they are feeling the rooms with anybody more screamers and wonderes that is why I moved her out. Also alot of updates to the place that seems like what the majority of the rent goes on. This is the experience we had I can't speak for anyone else.

My mother has been a resident for almost a year and her and I love it. Facility is clean and free of ordor. The staff is friendly, professional, and prompt. My mother needs assistance with bathroom and getting dressed and staff is quick to respond and they do a great job of keeping it clean. Management is strict with staff but respectful because they demand the best of care for their residents and their family's. My mom's favorites are Mark and Courtney and others whose names escape me. Diane always says hello to me and checks in on my mom and all her residents often. I believe many of the negative reviews come from disgruntled employees who were unprofessional and let go because they were unwilling to treat the residents with compassion and respect. I highly recommend this facility for your loved one!?
