My mother had 3 types of dementia. Sheila and her staff took very good care of her. My mother was loved and treated with respect right up to the very end. When she passed, the staff took the time to tell us what an honor it had been to care for my mother. They are excellent.

My grandmother was at Country Acres for over year with dementia. She was a handful. Country Acres always let me know what was going on with her. Sheila and her staff were excellent. I would stop in at odd hours of the day, could be 7:00 a.m. could be 11:00 p.m. and I never had to worry about how the place looked or how my grandmother was treated. I've already told my son if I could not care for myself, then send me to Country Acres. I've lived my life. Now go and enjoy yours. I'm in great hands! Thank you Sheila to you and your staff!

Sheila calls me ( The owner ) A friend of mine had put in a application in, I had missed her call and she left a message. Call her back and tell her who I was , she asked me if I knew this person. I sad I did , started to tell her about our Work experience and she interrupts me starts asking me about if she ever passed medication. I literally got the words yes out before she Interrupts me again, telling me all about this person's information and how she lied about passing meds. Witch I said I just told yes she past meds, we were trained to both pass meds... she ends the phone call by saying that's all I needed to know. I call right back sheila picks up , I let her know that we Just spoke and an was very uncomfortable with all question she was asking and said I don't think you're supposed to be telling me her personal information and I ask for the companies name. She hangs up on me! I call right back and now I'm speaking with the manager, I tell her i can't Believe how I've been spoken to and then the Manager start telling me I can't call back to take back info I give and starts giving out personal information about my friend. I said Ma'am like I said to your boss. I don't think you can give out information like that and I'm uncomfortable she interrupts me to tell me she has better things to do and she's gonna hang up on me like her Boss did so I just hung up and now writing this... if I was spoken to Like this I wonder how they treat their clients. Please don't take your loved ones here!!
