They are so short staffed it's ridiculous 7 full time workers and none of these residents is getting the care they need agency comes in that don't know any of the residents and they treat them bad no supplies ever and there being charged for items there not even using!! This place is horrible Karen doesn't want to talk to any employees to try to make the situation better she has no people skills at all I will not recommend anybody to place a loved one here!!!

I worked here part time from January to May and I cannot begin to even explain how terrible of a place this was. Very little communication between Co workers, everyone is in a hurry to finish their job & go home. When things are reported nothing is ever done because they're afraid to lose another person because they're already so short staffed. Do NOT waste your time sending your loved ones here

Please do not take your loved ones to this facility. We have had the worst experience from admission to discharge. The aids do not seem to understand what dementia is and the rest of staff is no better. Very little monitoring, lack of cleanliness, poor hygiene care for patients, lack of communication between staff members. Please if you really care - don't even consider this facility.

My dad is in this place now because hospital sent him there to recover All the bad reviews above believe them. We should've taken him out of here the first day. It was 85*+ and no air in the room nor a fan. No supplies staff doesn't know their head from a hole in the ground. Please do not take your loved ones to this facility.
