Most of the staff are very nice. As for the living conditions, the food is terrible, and there is sometimes neglect to help residents. There is one solid report of theft from one resident, and likely many others. It's hard to say where the blame lies within the Fountain View staff, but these are serious things requiring attention!

Staff are caring for lots of residents, short staffed many times.

Staff are taking care of too many patients and the units often have strong odors. Check alternatives if you can
