I have had the pleasure of working at this wonderful facility now for almost 2 Months. I love every single employee that I get to work with each and every day. This has seriously been one of the best jobs I've ever had. I love seeing everyone come together to put a smile on our residents faces every single day. I am very passionate about what I do, and this place has become my second home.

Don Hillebrands was incredibly helpful to work with and went above and beyond to assist my mother in finding the perfect new home. Thank you Lakeside Vista. We feel very lucky to be a part of your wonderful community.

I worked at lakeside vista in 2017 I had quite because we was always short staff and everybody attitudes was horrible. Came back in 2018 for my residents so I can take care of them the right way . Long story short this is the worst place you could ever work the attitude I still horrible they hire anybody and everybody You have some females the only work for two paychecks . You have some staff that leaves residence in their feces for eight hours or more I have pictures to prove it . You have med techs that leave medication in resident rooms unattended . You also have med techs that beats on residence in building four . And the past week you had a resident that fell on the ground three days later he passed away . Last night I asked the Director of nursing if she could help me pick up resident off the ground and she took forever and a day to help me with my resident. Please keep your loved once's away from this facility please I kno it's cheap but it's not worth it Also when loved once go on hospice this facility stop giving proper care to y'all loved once's because some staff thinks it's hospic job to do everything . When a resident in bed 24/7 it's the nurse aide job to change sides of the resident every hour to prevent bed sore . You have some staff that don't changed the resident so that's why some of your loved ones have open bed sore . Bed sore leads to bacteria and bacteria Leads to your love ones getting sick then eventually they pass .

Been a several years since I worked here. I had a whole building to myself sometimes 2. Residents would have bruises on there arms from not being handled properly, left in dirty briefs or pjs. They would be talked to with rudeness by some employees or just ignored. Management had sent a notice saying that they were told to layoff some employees from corporate. One night they had been spying through the windows saw me walk to adjoining building because my med tech had asked me to help lift a resident off the floor. Took 3 of us women to lift a 6ft person from floor to bed, and as much as the resident wanted to help they just did not have the strength. So management reason for letting me go was because I left my post. I really loved all the people that lived there and I took care of. Their stories of their past were Amazing. Sad it that the management were sleazy and corupt, trying to cut corners to save a little money.

My mother is in the dementia care building. The staff great me by name when I walk in. They are quick to answer my questions and the place is spotless. I have entered and witnessed the aides stroking my moms hair or rubbing her shoulders. The activities are good, and I sometimes join in! They have family dinners, and don't set a limit on how many can attend. All in all, I am very happy with everyone here. My mom also really seems to like it, which is the most important thing!
