My wonderful Mom was a resident for almost 3 years. The first 2 years we were very happy with her care. The last year it was sold to a corporation and the care went from very good to not caring. Staff turn over was unbelievable. And the aides just quit caring To bad as it is a beautiful home.

I get to bring my dog because they don't have a size limit. The staff is extremely fast in responding to the needs of my relative when I ask. The nurses and aides love what they do and I never heard them complain. The facility itsself is open and there a lot of spaces for a place to sit down and chat. I'm really glad my relative is there and well taken care of. They accept ideas from families and are encouraging families to be more involved with patient care. Their grounds outside are nice and the lawn is well trimmed. Inside is extremely clean and well-maintained.

This place is no good they dont value their employees at all they do alot of stuff as far as working low on aides u might have like 3 aides per the 100+ residents which are spilt into there sections, not reporting falls, the staff in the office have no repect for residents and aides.i worked at this place and seen many things that were covered up that should have been seen that would shut this place down wanda was the fakes person there she is the leader of the pack

so they hire you and make you get a physical drug screen then fingerprints let you work for 3 days and then tell you that you're fired for an attitude not job performance not being late not being rude to the clients but attitude a lot of employees in there are too busy gossiping about each other talking about sex and drinking all day and going to tan when you're a black female you can't relate to any of that stuff I never came to work to make friends I came to do my job and do it well they tolerate residents calling you the n Word and think you're supposed to smile about it all day when they don't even have Alzheimer's Aspen Grove a very racist place
