My experience was absolutely wonderful! Staff was extremely knowledgeable and treated me with kindness, understanding and respect. I always felt like they truly cared about me and how I was feeling and progressing. I want to give them all a heartfelt thanks, from the bottom of my heart in helping me get back to feeling like myself again! You are all truly wonderful people!

I have thanked God for Hope Network many times. After my accident I had to relearn everything. I have been gone from there 2 yrs now and I still think of this place. I had become somewhat attached to most of the staff. They are so fantastic. If I had to be in a rehabilitation center I am so very thankful that they were there.

I cannot say enough about how wonderful my experience has been, and continues to be. Everyone is extremely professional, helpful, and pleasant. I highly recommend this facility.

February 2009 I was given 3 weeks inpatient transitional care with Hope Network. It was fine. From what I can remember. However in 2014 Hope Rehab Network laid off/forced into retirement a good friend of mine who will remain unnamed here. They were rude about doing it. I think they were unprofessional. They did not return this person's calls for a week just before Hope lopped off his/her head professionally.

After being in the hospital for a month they sent us to Hope Network. Not knowing any better I bit my lip and did what I was told. Little did I know they were working behind my back to try to weasel every penny they could. They even tried telling Early On my daughter wasn't "clean enough" or dressed warm enough to get money. Early On called them out on it but this was a potential for a nightmare. Its just really sad when they work up drama like this than the physiatrist looks at them like they're crazy. They threw a fit and tried to force me to return to them when they found out I was using a different PT place. And now that my daughter is going to start school at a special needs place they're trying to make her seen them after she goes to school. That means she'll do PT, OT, and ST for 6 hours at school and than go to Hope for another 2-3hrs... hell no! Luckily we have doctors to fight against them but trust me if you want to avoid loads of issues and drama avoid this place! Also Kathleen Bonhaus is the devil in the flesh, if you want to know who starts all the issues its this so called woman.
