If you have a concern about your loved one they listen to you and assure you that the matter will be taken care of but unfortunately it either isn't passed on to the other shifts or it's only temporarily resolved. It's really frustrating to hear how sorry they are and "we'll make sure everyone is aware" or they are short staffed or they're new staff.....always an excuse. My fathers food is supposed to be pureed and for the most part it is but some days the food still has chunks in it. I'm sure these are problems that exist in most nursing homes but to rate this home a 5 star.... I don't know how.
