this is by far the nicest facility I've seen in a very long time. safe was friendly and helpful, and the residents seemed genuinely happy and to really like the staff. their new therapy dog was awesome. the residents and staff loved him!

Get hurt for $7000 a month. Seriously, we get regular calls about our loved one getting hurt here. Were I the legal caretaker, I'd only put anyone in this place if I wanted to collect an inheritance. Paying over $7,000 a month means over $84,000 per year. For that price I wanted to rent an apartment, hire a live-in caregiver, keep a nurse on call, and have more than enough left over to buy groceries and gas for the year- but I'm not the legal decision maker. Oh, and the last time I wanted to eat dinner with my loved one I was told I'd have to buy a dinner ticket or something like that. Really? And I have to pay for my loved one's purchases from dollar stores? Really? An establishment grossing over $5 million a year can't afford a few $1 purchases or one extra meal? This is a huge money maker or the most incompetently run establishment ever. If you love your parent, grandparent, or whatever relative is in need of care, find somewhere else. A higher cost doesn't always mean better care.
