We had our Uncle here for 6 years and always found the Arbor Inn to be an exceptional assisted living facility. Uncle Ray was always treated with respect and all of his needs were well met. The food was good, the facility clean and well maintained and the staff made extra efforts to keep the family informed of any changes in his health. As Ray's health declined the Arbor inn staff helped us select a Hospice providor which allowed him to remain in the setting in which he felt safe and comfortable until his death. During this 6 year period Arbor Inn proved to an excellent home for Ray.

A good place to live thay treat there Residence better than the staff which in retrospect isn't that bad of a thing but I would not want to work here ever again

I was in this community a little over a week ago on business. The building was bright, modern and very welcoming. Dion, the administrator was friendly, kind and very helpful. All staff who I encountered were professional and helpful. Residents all had smiles on their clean faces. Everyone was nicely dressed, hair combed and the wheelchairs and walkers were all clean. Lunch smelled wonderful. Looking forward to my next visit.

My mother was all set to move in with all community requests handled and deposit submitted and belongings moved when she went into the hospital with pneumonia. Instead of working with my family they said she could not come there from the hospital and we'd have to start from scratch even though we'd already given up her previous residence. We were willing to pay the rent whether my mom was there or not but were told we must move out her belongings. This place claims to be a family oriented community but they certainly don't seem to care about the burden and trouble they are putting on people. In the end it's all about a buck!

Don't send your loved ones here. Please look elsewhere. The staff is extremely rude. They treated my grandmother like garbage. No therapy, all they did was get you up to eat and put you back into bed. I'd give this place zero stars if I could. AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE.
