My mother is a former resident from this community (out of scope of care). While my mother was there, I was finally at ease. This process is not easy, it is very difficult. The Arbor Inn makes the entire process easier for the entire family. My mother received extensive care here. Roberta was through and compassionate with her. The resident aides seemed like they cared about all of their residents. I cannot thank them enough for caring so greatly for my mother over the years. She misses this community.

Looking into options for the future for my grandmother. By FAR, this community struck my attention the most. The nurse truly cares about every resident there, the admissions department do their best to make your family feel at home, the food was great (toured the whole community, and they are family owned. Once my grandmother is ready, this will be her new home.

We had a great experience. My mother loves this facility. The staff is very caring, courteous, and professional. Everything is clean and well taken care of. The office personal is great as well!! Thank you Arbor Inn for your care.

10/31/16 i called The Arbor Inn to find out information on respite care. Terra whom answered the phone, replied they did not do respite. I thanked her and hung up. I told my husband he was wrong they did not have respite. He then showed me the website where it was clear they had respite care. I called Terra back. I told her the website clearly says respite care. She put me on hold, came back and said yes we do have respite, ot requires your own room and many other things. Tetra said the person handling is wroth people. I replied that's fine can i leave my information so someone can call me back. Five hours later i decided to call back since I've heard nothing. She again wanted to take a message. I told her i was hoping to get information when i called in the morning and have this situation resolved. I asked if i would be better to come in and talk to someone. She replied what do you need maybe i can help. I told her about my father and what i was looking for. ...she stopped me mid talking and says we don't take people on catheters. Terra you should screen calls instead of me waiting all day? What do they do with residents needing catheters? ....seriously! A day wasted, perhaps for the best. Makes me wonder how assertive they are with your loved ones. They probably think they have nothing better to do them wait all day...moving on!
