We moved my father in law into their memory care unit. They have been wonderful! The staff is very nice, professional, and very well trained in dealing with dementia. They take excellent care of him and have constant activities to keep him engaged. The rooms are very nice and the whole place is really clean and well kept. The grounds are beautiful with a small lake, lots of trees, flowers, and nice walking paths. We feel very confident in Friendship Village. We are so happy to have found this place to care for my father in law.

Trying to ask questions or just to make an appt. People don't answer the phones and don't seem to return messages left days ago!!! OMG I sure hope there services is better inside than those trying to call in for questions???????

I went in for a interview that was scheduled for 12 but arrived early maybe 11:40. By 12:10 I still haven't had an interview. The front desk staff were very rude in answering my questions and acted as if I was distracting or bothering them. One even went as far to say that there was nothing she could do when I asked her to call my interviewer. Then the interviewer told me I should have made them call her and the time problem wasn't her fault. If u want unprofessionalism please apply to them.
