A place to call home! Both of my parents recently moved into assisted living at Steeple Pointe. Choosing Steeple Pointe was an easy decision. After looking at newer, more costly facilities, it was heartwarming to find a location that cares about each individual resident and strives to make them feel safe, comfortable and part of an extended family. The food is excellent, the medical staff, outstanding. I couldn't have wished for a better place for my parents to enjoy their golden years!

My mother - in - law, Barb, lived in the memory care portion of Steeple Pointe in Osseo, and it was such a blessing! We looked at so many facilities and this was one of the nicest, and had such a homey feel to it. Amy, and Kristel took wonderful care of my mother -in- law, as well as having sincere concern for the rest of our family. Everyone there truly loved Barb and took amazing care of her. The staff is compassionate, caring, resourceful, and timely. I never felt as if I was bothering them with anything, no matter how large the problem. This is a wonderful place to live, and I can't say enough good things about it!

They can't provide the care my grandma needs so we are having to relocate her after only a month of her being here. Make sure you understand the care they will provide and if it is enough for your needs. They only shower 2 times per week, only do laundry once per week and don't have staff to help on weekends / holidays. They won't bring in additional help if needed for further assistance. My grandma had a UTI and the hospital social worker wasn't able to release her because there was no one in the office all weekend and even on Monday when someone was on-site here they told the hospital no one could help my grandma with her needs so she had to go to short-term housing and now we will need to find a new place for her to live. Very frustrating experience. Hopefully this information helps someone not go through what we did. Do your homework!
