The Mason Pointe of Town and Country, a senior care center with the deep Jewish roots is not accepting Jewish people anymore. They also do not care about people who is living there for a very long time, keep decreasing the number of supporting employees and waiting till all will die ... They just want to cleanup up the place and make it very expensive facility just for very rich people... I asked the general manager Drew Redman to help us to accept my father and we gave him a very expensive bottle of whisky. he promised to check and help us because we are friends of this facility for many years, but forgot about it at next day after he finished the drink ... The only one explanation: we do not have necessary resources to take care of my father, but he could not to provide any details ... My father is not required any special help as many people in this facility, and he was there for a several months a 3 years ago and nobody complained about him, but for some reason Drew doesn't want to accept him anymore. We feel very frustrated and discriminated, this is not what we were looking in USA after we came from Soviet Union as refugees ... How company can put people like Drew on so important position? We never had any problems like that with the previous ownership!! We'll keep escalating it and hope that finally this issue will be resolved.

There is no rating for this facility because it is so awful. Do not send any family member there. You cannot find any help on weekends. My sisters and I had to give my mother a shower. Kept my mother medicated. She was out of it and slept the whole time so they did not have to be bothered with her. Very inattentive staff. Understaffed had to wait forever for a nurse or aide. Stay away from Mason Pointe.

It is nice facility and we had many family members there in the past, but the new management is not communicating well. For the last 6 months we are trying to move in my father in law and talked to executive director Drew Redman several times, but with no luck. He promised to follow up and call us back. We left many messages on his answer machine, but he never respond. I went to his office one more time and asked to call me and talk. He promised, but result is the same - he never called back. There are many empty rooms in this facility for a very long time and if management is not interesting to fill in these rooms - then company will continue to lose money. Very bitter experience and very frustrating.

The nurses are wonderful!!! Some CNA act ghetto There are some kind ones The food is horrible served cold way too often. The supervisors are extremely rude to their nurses Nurses try sooo hard and get no help from management! The kitchen aids use foul language They always touch their hair to keep their weave in place while serving your food! One doctor, the short lady with black hair, very poor bedside manor The other doctors are great The nurses are great Therapy is great So basically food is not even Edible the DON is a big fake who treats the nurses terrible she uses foul language drops the F boom towards her nurses I am pretty sure Corporate hasn't no idea Mason point has turned into the crapper about 4 months ago when all new managements came in, they don't care about the patients they only care to try and make it look pretty! They are all fake fake fake !!!!! GIVES LSS A BAD NAME!!! Props to the nurses and select CNA and the therapy dept! But the DON,reach supervisors, and dietary need to be dismissed immediately! Our family faced a challenging health event involving my 91 year old mother. We wound up at the Mason Pointe skilled nursing center for rehab care and could not have been more pleased with the professionalism, talent, support and loving attention mom received. We then moved mom into the assisted living memory care unit and have had the same great experience with the people and facilities. The premises are spotless and the environment warm, responsive and caring. I would recommend Mason Pointe highly for all children considering a continuum of care setting for their parents or loved ones. Keep up the great work and THANK YOU.
