I'm looking to place my husband. Went for a surprise visit and they were very helpful. Only beds available was in the basement. I wasn't sure about it. So our daughter and granddaughters went a couple of evening after I did. I was told that they could have a bed ready in 2 days. Well it's been almost 5 months and nobody has returned my call. My husband has dementia so it's very stressful and I explained that I was getting to my breaking point. To my face was very understanding. I've called them 3 times and still have not heard one word from either administration. Thanks for nothing! I can't image what kind if care he would have got since the administration don't care about the family. Shame on them for giving me false hope.

My family cannot say enough positive things about the staff at Cori Manor. My brother, Walter Jones, spent the last seven weeks of his life in their care, having been diagnosed with inoperable liver cancer. They took him to and from kidney dialysis until he decided a couple of weeks ago to stop the dialysis. He lasted nearly two weeks and the entire staff was good and gentle to my brother, indeed to our entire family. They especially were a blessing to my 83-year-old mother. Thank you so much!

I toured here knowing a resident. This place is in need of complete overhaul and completely nasty. Heard lots of patients yelling for help and nothing happened. I am a medical professional and this place left me in tears with nothing I could do to help or the conditions.

The place is horrible! From the outside in, the grounds, sidewalks and entryway are filthy and smell like a big ashtray and it only gets worse when you go inside. The whole place is in need of repairs, it smells terrible, the rooms are filthy. The walls are cinder blocks, the wooden doors have holes in them, the ceiling tile is all stained and falling down, I was there for an hour while the lady that shared a room with my mother hollered for help, we pushed the nurse button several times for her and nobody came. Not a good place!

The staff at Cori Manor went above and beyond to take care of my aunt, who recently passed away. James the social worker was knowledgeable and proactive, and his calm demeanor went a long way toward helping us through a stressful process. Helene the head of nursing answered all of our questions and addressed any concerns without fail. Jody in marketing went to visit my aunt in the hospital several times, and was a source of comfort for my family. The nursing staff and aides were responsive and caring. I know all of this because someone from my family was with my aunt every day, and we witnessed first-hand the care she received. Thank you to everyone at Cori Manor for everything you did to make a difficult situation easier for everyone, especially my aunt.
