URGENT UPDATE!!!!! Since my last review we put my mother in law into their memory care unit without knowing that the center had been sold to the Rosewood Corporation and almost all of the old staff was no longer working there. We did so without doing our due diligence checking with neither Medicare nor Medicaid, if we would have, we would of found that they now have a below average rating with multiple violations and complaints. With that said I'm now going going tell you what I seen with my own eyes. On multiple occasions when arriving at the unit to visit my mother in law with found the unit without staff and when we went looking for them we found them outside smoking. Even though we were told that my mother in law was being bathed 3 times a week, we found her in the same clothes and dirty several times even after reporting the issue to the administration. Almost every time we came to check on her the unit was under staffed with only one or two staff members on the unit. Needless to say we started looking for another home where she would be properly cared for. But to our horror in the time that we were looking and checking ratings on other homes we found my mother in law's roommate sitting on the floor in a dirty diaper. (See Picture)When I yelled for staff no one came right, I told my wife to get staff right away, she told the female staff sitting in the nursing station that I was yelling for a staff member, all she kept asking was "what's wrong " without getting out of her seat. Finally a male staff member came and told me that "it's ok, she always doing that" he picked her up, put some pants on her and wheeled her into the day room without even changing her diaper! Shortly after that incident, my wife went to pick up my mother in law for church, a staff member told her the she had just given her a bath and put clean clothes on her. It was hot outside so my wife went to change her into lighter clothes, my wife found a large sore on my mother in law's chest. (See Picture) when my wife went to the same staff member all she could says was that she didn't see the open sore while bathing her even though it was the size of a Silver dollar. In my opinion this nursing home needs to be closed down and we have filed a Complaint with the state of Missouri. I urge everyone to find another nursing home for their loved ones!!

I have had both shoulders replaced, three knees and been in four different homes for rehab and this one so far Is the best in my opinion. Have another two weeks to go.

My mom is at Rehab of Raymore and I couldn't be happier! What was supposed to be a short-term respite visit turned into a great place for Mom to stay. The staff is very caring and kind. They are able to help her with showers and her medications. She really enjoys the activities and has made new friends.

This place is a deplorable dump. The staff completely lacks professionalism, compassion, & empathy for the residents. No one greets you when you walk in, and when you do finally get someone to make eye contact with you, they make you feel like you're bothering them. The quality of care is poor. Medications are not administered within the prescribed time period. My loved one, who is continent, was forced to wait hours to go to the restroom because no one would answer the call light. We are so glad to be done with RCR. They don't even deserve the one star required to write this review.

It pained me to even give it the one star that I have to give it in order to write this review. Poor quality from the bottom all the way to the top. The folks at the top talk a good talk. I was very hesitant prior to placing my family member there, but I was told how much better they had become. Smooth talking is all it was. Low class people work there. They really do act like they hate the patients. Makes you wonder why they come to work every day. Go get a job at McDonalds! They yell at them and show no compassion. Everything is done at the bare minimum, if done at all. I caught staff who made false records, and the directors just try to again talk their way out of it. There is a LOT of neglect happening there also, and infections happen as a result. If you are not involved with your loved one and not there and knowing what is going on, it is really unfortunate because they will take advantage of that and that person does NOT receive quality care. Call lights ring all the time and there is no urgency at all to answer them. There are much better centers than this one, so please do some research and find a better location. This place poses a health risk and is not a safe environment, in my opinion.
