I am so grateful to have my mother in this facility. (Edgewood Manor). Staff is great and keep me well informed about things or changes going on with my mom. Also I like to mention every time I visit my mom, which is never at the same time, she's always dressed and clean and well taken care of. Mom use to always love to paint her nails so when I visit it's nice to see her nails neatly manicured and polished. From the bottom of my heart I thank you and keep up the great work! You guys get 5 stars in my book...and I can be pretty picky.

Never able to reach staff when I call. They don't return calls to myself or hospital staff when they call for my father. He has been there for 4 years. I believe the caregivers CARE but it is a management issue. In the beginning the management was great, but has declined. There have been other issues over the years, but it's time to look for a new place. I wouldn't recommend this place for my loved one.
