This facility is wonderful. The food is delicious. The therapy department is the BEST! They operate 7 days a week. The are the most wonderful people and work very hard to help the patient gain what they lost. The biggest challenge was working with the 1 RN and 1 aide on the hall. There are 4 halls. There were a few angels among the workers. You just had to look for them.

The therapy at Sherbrooke is great. They work hard every day to help their patients get better. The building is nice and clean, and the food is good.

My dad had his second stay at Sherbrooke Village for rehab. He had his first knee replacement last year, went to Sherbrooke, and did great. When he had to plan for his second knee surgery, there was no doubt where he would go. He got excellent care, and the therapy he received was beyond compare. My family will never go anywhere for rehab besides Sherbrooke.

My mom was at this facility because it was suggested to us by the staff at the hospital. The facility was very attractive, but the staff and service was the worst. They literally had one aide and one nurse for over 25 patients at a time. My mom had her call-light on one night for over an hour and couldn't catch her breath, so she ended up calling 911. Another time, while I was sitting there, her call-light was on for more than two hours. She needed assistance going to the bathroom and of course she ended up soiling her bed. Then the staff acts upset that they have to change the sheets. My mom had an "as requested" order for pain medicine. One night the nurse gave it to her just to make her sleep all night so they "wouldn't have to deal with her". My mom specifically told them she didn't need the medicine and didn't realize that's what they were giving her. I'm still mad at myself for not turning her in to the medical board. This place is grossly understaffed. And the staff is constantly complaining about how understaffed they are. It's ridiculous. I hope she never has to experience this type of treatment again in her life.

This place is not the place for your family. If I could give it no stars I would please do not take your loved ones here. The staff is terrible! They act like they are going to do something about a situation but never do- mostly because the administrator doesn't care about the residents he just pretends that he does. The receptionist at the rehab place is rude and doesn't know what she is talking about ... Poor residents have to eat that terrible food. Most go hungry because they don't like any of the choices which sucks. The place smells like urine all the time they spray stuff to make the smell go away instead of changing the residents right away. I can't believe how horrible this place is. ????
