DO NOT LET YOUR FAMILY AND FRIENDS GO HERE!!!!! My uncle has been there a few months in the nursing home part. They are very understaffed and the staff they do have doesn't want to be there. They are horribly unfriendly. They neglect him b/c he stays in his room and isn't a problem. It is one less person on their list of jobs. They cant even keep his water filled so how are they going to truly care for him. Today's visit was the final straw. I went to the nursing desk to ask about refilling his water and 5 employees just looked at me- no acknowledgment that I was standing there or even a smile. When i asked is anyone going to acknowledge me the supervisor verbally assaulted me. I am talking went off on me something fierce! I can't convey enough in this review how mean and uprofessional it was. When I asked where her supervisor was she said she is right here. She was sitting right next to her and condoned her behavior and proceeded to pick up right where this woman left off!!! I work in healthcare and I am still dumbfounded over the treatment. I have never seen this kind of behavior in a healthcare system in my life. I could go on about many other issues we have encountered over the last few months, but the main thing to get from this article is this- DO NOT PUT A LOVED ONE IN THIS FACILTY. I dont care who recommends it- the hospital recommended it to us- run in the opposite direction!!

This facility is wonderful. The food is delicious. The therapy department is the BEST! They operate 7 days a week. The are the most wonderful people and work very hard to help the patient gain what they lost. The biggest challenge was working with the 1 RN and 1 aide on the hall. There are 4 halls. There were a few angels among the workers. You just had to look for them.

Looks nice on outside and inside but the staff is horrible. Employees seem like they don't want to be there, not friendly or helpful. Case worker tried to help but it's a lost cause. They need to train employees on how to treat patients.

My uncle had a stay there for rehab after a pacemaker insertion. What was suppose to be an easy rehab turned out to be the end of my uncle. The facility is very attractive but looks can be deceiving. The employees are very lazy and crabby. They pretty much ignored my uncle and his care. Because of the poor knowledge and lack of care he ended up being sent to a hospital for infection and died because of it. I wouldn't sent my worse enemy there.
