my husband Lee was a patient there for 6 months until his passing. The staff was wonderful to him and to me. Lee told me many times how much he thought of them. I was always greeted by my name as well as our little dog. I saw the interaction between the staff and all of the patients, it was heartwarming. I will treasure the friendships we formed. Thank you all!!!

I hated working there. Loved my job and hours. But within my first month or so, had an almost physical confrontation with an LPN, who decided slamming the door on me, while trying to leave an argument consisting of 2 nurses telling me what I would do and how much time they would give me to do it, was productive and professional . Upper management is on Power trips, very disrespectful. Everything is about them. A lot of too young and no experience going on. I witnessed an Aid get bullied almost daily. D.O.N. was told of situation multiple times. The guilty nurse still works there spreading the hate. Very little team work. I would NOT recommend this facility for employment with the current Management.

I hate working there. No team work at all. I did my best. When i reported something they didn't believe. Never put your love one there.

my mother was there resently. and she was treated with no respect. they didn't give her the meals she made a menu for and they where very slow to give pain meds and also they sat her in a wheel chair and sprayed hot water on her for a shower and she had told them she had dirreaha. I feel really sorry for the people that are there with out family who cares. I will never let them send her there again. nurses where mad because they had to work doubles. my sister even tried to get a nurses attention one day and was ignored till she raised her voice. some one needs to look into this.

My grandmother was treated so poorly, and lost 40 pounds in 2 months. They would not help her to the bathroom. They would say she didnt really have to go, and then she would soil herself. She was admitted into the E.R. after 2 months staying there. She was so dehydrated that her liver was failing. She had bed sores thay had not been treated in over 24 hours because "they didn't have time". They placed my grandmother in assisted feeding, but when I snuck behind the wall and watched, the nurses were gossiping, while my grandmother struggled to try and pick up a fork. A review was posted on a Facebook page called "Review the Burg". Laura, the director mad a comment calling everyone who gave a bad review uneducated and liars. She also claimed they are top rated. I did my research and they are the lowest rated in Warrensburg.
